DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT?

Yes. EP Customs works from the shop at 1144 Mt Gilead Rd in Boonville and also offers mobile service. Send the vehicle details or call first so Ethan can confirm the appointment and service location.

HOW DO I GET A QUOTE?

Send the year, make, model, mileage, symptoms, codes, and photos through the quote form. Some jobs require diagnostic time or an in-person inspection before an accurate estimate is possible.

WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?

EP Customs is available from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM every day. Job scheduling and response times depend on current appointments and the type of repair.

DO YOU CHARGE A HOURLY LABOR RATE?

Pricing is discussed based on the actual job, diagnosis, access, parts, and expected labor. The public website does not list a universal hourly rate because repair scopes vary.

DO YOU INSTALL CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED PARTS?

Customer-supplied parts and aftermarket installations are reviewed case by case. Send the part information and vehicle details before purchasing or scheduling.

WHAT VEHICLES DO YOU WORK ON?

EP Customs works on a range of vehicles and repair types. Send the year, make, model, engine, and requested work so Ethan can confirm whether the job is a fit and whether it should be handled at the shop or mobile.

DO YOU HAVE CERTIFICATIONS?

Yes. The verified certification names and images will be added to the website after the documentation is provided.

CAN I SEND PHOTOS?

Yes. The quote form accepts photos of warning lights, leaks, damage, parts, or the overall vehicle.
